Usage Instructions

Melting: Melt using a bain-marie (water bath) or in a microwave (in short intervals at low power) at approximately 40°C.

Application: The melted chocolate can be used immediately. It can be colored and flavored with Vizyon Cake Flavorings if desired.

Cooling: For a glossy finish on molded products, allow the chocolate to cool completely and detach itself from the mold.
Storage Suggestion: Store the product in a cool, dry place away from moisture, light, and air, between 18°C and 22°C .
