Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Orders placed through a purchase option, including pre-orders or other deferred purchase arrangements, may only be cancelled before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at bakeryislandny@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to the current processing status of the order.

If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
