Usage Instructions
Use As Coating:Melt the product completely by heating at 35-37°C with a bain-marie or microwave and use it for coating cakes and pastries.
Use As Filling (Ganache): The product is preferably used as filling by mixing 30% and 50% of it with vegetable whipped cream.
